Action Items & Notifications Icon

    Action Items are notification alerts that appear at the top of your Home screen

    • Action Items display only notifications that require an immediate response (e.g. providing your RSVP for an event, clicking “View” to read the Teams announcement)

    Notifications will automatically be removed after the user performs an action (for example, clicking “View” to open the announcement, or pressing “Confirm” to RSVP to an event)

  • 3

    To view old notifications, click the notification icon in the top right corner of the Home screen

    • Pressing “Clear All” will clear your old notifications history as well as clear all notifications under Action Items
