Note:

• Deleting your TimeMe account will permanently delete all prior data, events, contacts, and media associated with that account. Once deleted, your account cannot be restored or recovered.

• If the parent who initially created the family account deletes their account, all users under that family account will also have their accounts deleted.

Deleting account through TimeMe App

You can delete your account using the mobile app. This is the quickest and easiest way to permanently delete your account.

Delete account by contacting TimeMe support

You can submit an account deletion request directly with our support team. To do so, please send a message to support@timemeapp.com using the same email address associated with your TimeMe account. You must include the following information associated with the account requested to be deleted:

• First and Last Name

• Phone Number

• Please clearly state that you would like your TimeMe app to be permanently deleted

Once you send your email, allow 24-48 hours for a confirmation that your account has been deleted.
